It is unfair that the president has the power to grant amnesty and give pardons.

    Explanation:

According to me, i don't find this power of president to grant pardon and amnesty fair.

Granting Amnesty covers offenses related to politics while pardon is something that gives relief to the offender from the consequences of any alleged offense of which he has been convicted.

This act of granting amnesty and pardon can obstruct justice. I think granting the pardon or amnesty is a crime in itself. It really don't matter what the president's motive is but he must be careful in deciding that who is worthy of his mercy. It is totally unfair as it removes all consequences of a conviction of the offense and leave the conviction intact.
