Who founded the psychological consulting firm called psychological corporation?

In 1921, James McKeen Cattell founded the Psychological Corporation to promote the development of his interest in the field of applied psychology. He was able to do this with the money he obtained from suing Columbia University for firing him for opposing the United States’ conspiracy policy.
