The answer is " James-Lange theory of emotion".

This theory gives the idea that emotions happen as a result of physiological reactions to events. The thought which came to known as James Lange theory is that individuals encounter feeling since they see their bodies mental reaction to outer occasions. According to this hypothesis individuals feel tragic in light of the fact that they cry, and in like manner they feel glad since they smile.
