How do you explain the popularity of work teams in countries such as united states and canada, whose national culture place a high value on individualism?

    This is because it is much easier when you have all different views and skills. Imaging trying to plan COD with all logical people, the game would be hell. But if they were all creative people the game would be too weird and easy. Having more people also makes it easier. Thats your answer. Anyhow Individualism generally refers a person having their own way of doing things, not working seperatly. In a sence, work teams combine all the different "individual" characters so that you have an allrounded view and team
