The branches of tribal government established by the Poarch Creek Indians' constitution include the legislative, judicial and executive branches. The Legislative Branch of the Tribal Government comprises of a nine member unilateral Tribal Council. The Judicial Branch comprises of a Tribal Court system composed of a lower court and a supreme court that hears appeals. The Executive Branch runs the daily affairs of government.
