    A NGO volunteer who lobbys for getting certain donation for the NGO could be one of the example for positive act of a lobbyist. Here, the NGO plays the positive act creating role for the society. Thus, a volunteer works for NGO lobbying to get certain donations through his personal (or) known contacts will be of positive act.
