    Hamlet despair the world. He is particularly distressed over his mother's marriage to Claudius and condemns her and Claudius for their moral weakness.

    Hamlet's state of mind goes through multiple changes as he experiences deception, struggles with self-reliance, and deals with grief.

    3. Why does he feel this way

    The death of his father devastated him. Then Claudius, his uncle, married his wife barely after King Hamlet's funeral. This caused Hamlet immense sadness and uncertainty over the reason of his death

    Hamlet kept feelings of his to himself, because there's no one he can really tell and trust with his feelings.
