Travis reads a collection of journal articles about capital punishment, the majority of which find evidence that capital punishment does not have any long-term effects on homicide rates. later, when asked his opinion about capital punishment, travis responds: "i think that the fear of being put to death deters homicide." which error in everyday reasoning has travis made?

    Not only does capital punishment not deter crime but it's more expensive than keeping a convicted murderer in prison for life ... in saving lives, it clearly should be abolished - as it already has been in the European Union and in 101 countries around the world But does the death penalty save lives ...
