    Ethical decision means doing the good and the right thing irrespective of what you feel towards it but if it is a right thing to do you have to do it.

    When one asks if the action is good for them then it becomes personal and self serving instead of it being the right thing to do.

    Also when working in a company one needs to abide by its rules and guidelines if they want to keep their work ethics in a good place at work.

    A decision taken by one person to not comply by the rules of the company may affect the whole company and that person negatively.
