    The relative process in China is absent of due process of juveniles

    Explanation:

    China had only two laws regarding the juveniles one law was formulated for the protection of minors and the other was the juvenile law of delinquency. They found it difficult to implement these two laws and still they are not effective in the independent court of China.

    Now there are more than 300 independent juveniles in China and in rural areas a judge is assigned to each court to deal with the cases of the juvenile. In recent times the juvenile delinquency is increasing in China and it is estimated to increase at the rate of 12% annually.
