    We have this institutions to create and improve a trust worthy justice system, we want people to face the consequences of there actions in the right way, we want people to be treated fairly and judgement should be carried out with fairness, we don't want a biased justice system, that is why we have the best and the right frame of people handle important positions in this systems and institutions.

    American Bar association and american correctional association have developed brilliant ideas to improve the justice and correctional system, and it will keep improving so far they remain independent and have there own independent powers and authority. Over the past few years, there have correctional laws that have improved proceedings in court and judicial reviewed cases has also improved, it is because of the standards and reviews this institutions created
