George believed that peers had a very strong influence on each other. He believed that hanging out with the wrong peers or those who did not have the same values and morals as himself would drag him down.

Following his own philosophy, George always surrounded himself with peers who had the same values as him, peers who were successful and would not pull him down.

He made sure he was surrounded by those who studied hard, those who worked hard and those who always avoided any negative behavior.
