When doing a weekly schedule of activities that includes work, what is the most important personal responsibility that young parents must consider?

The most important responsibility will be finding adequate care for the new children. When trying to schedule child-care around a work schedule, it becomes more difficult to align the two, and it becomes paramount that there are places for the children to be with a competent caregiver in those hours that the parents are unavailable.
