    Sociologists refer to the concept of socialization. During socialization a person adjusts and incorporates a society's social norms and behavior into their lives to integrate into the society. By doing this an individual guarantees that they will be accepted by the society and they will be able to communicate and mingle with the other people in the same society.

    I believe the answer is socialization

    socialization describe the process of humans that constantly try to conform to inherited norms, utilizing our talent and capabilities in order to contribute to the society, developing a necesasry ideology to survive in society, and developing a meaningful relationship with other members in society.
