What was government like in Europe before th black death

It was awful ... fuedal system I believe, so class orders of highest to lowest. Peasants were ruled by the land owners and basically abused by them. They had to listen to mainly them and so they paid many taxes and gave up most of what they made for the land Lords (land owners). Furthermore, I believe the church was pretty much the leaders of the time before the black plague. They pretty much ordered people by taxing, strict religions, and etc ...

Now this was the same, kind of after, but many began to turn away from the church and rebel against them. This was due to everyone abounding the sick and all. Furthermore, the peasants began to have a bit more voice and started rebellions.
