    Explanation:

    A Certified General (AG) licence is a type of appraiser licence give to the appraisers to any real estate property, be it commercial or residential properties regards of the value or complexity.

    It requires some level of requirement before such licence can be given to an appraiser which is 3000 hrs or 2-3 years of acceptable appraiser experience, of which 1500 + must be non residential.
