AJ is studying in a busy student lounge when his friend arrives and tells him that she just got great tickets to a basketball game. AJ grabs his books, backpack, and cellphone and dashes to the game with her. At the game, AJ realizes that he mistakenly took someone else's phone. At first, AJ plans to return the phone, but then he realizes that it is much nicer than his so he keeps it. AJ is guilty of:a. Embezzlement.
