Violating of civil laws can't be rebuffed by detainment. In the United States, there are two collections of the law whose reason for existing is to stop or rebuff genuine wrongdoing or to remunerate the casualties of such wrongdoing. Criminal law manages conduct that is or can be understood as an offense against general society, society, or the state-regardless of the possibility that a quick casualty is a person.
