The answer is: Early-maturing girls are more likely to be rejected by girls who are less mature.

Girls who are less mature tend to have different set of thinking compared to girls who are in their early-maturing period.

Girls who are in early-maturing period tend to develop some sort of principles and goals where they can directed their whole effort into. Girls who are less mature will see them as some sort of competition and treated them with rejection or envy.
