    1) Rights: you have the legal right for the freedom of expression and also unwritten "social right" to be heard, be respected and not be abused

    2) responsibilities: you cannot incite violence (this can actually be punishable) and also you are responsible for the prevention of hate speech. You also have to respect others and their opinions (but you don't have to agree with them)
