    Explanation:

    The constitution primarily meant the establishment of government control of the market. It further implied the protection of workers who had been granted the right to strike with a view to possible dissatisfaction. The constitution also suggested an equal division of land to reduce poverty. The structure only is given men the right to vote, but extended women's rights significantly, but still did not have the opportunity to vote.
