According to colonial society, who would be a good example of a person that demonstrated virtue

    I believe the answer is: a planter who served on his or her town council

    The colonial society is distinugish by a situation where a small group of wealthy people make almost all decisions for the society. The planter in this society refers to the settlers that come to their territory. Serving on town council at that time was not being paid like they do today.
