    Tha answer would be:

    A) Unclear pronoun

Since the text explains the symptoms related to someone's wife, and suddenly we get this sentence: "looking very concerned, she hooked up my wife to a baby monitor "

Who is she? Is he talking about his wife hooking herself to the baby monitor?

So we have an unclear pronoun or misplaced pronoun.
