    US Constitution says:

    first amendment deals with freedom of speech, religion, and press.

    Supreme court term is for life only nine members allowed

    process of amending proposed by congress on a 2/3 vote in both the senate and the house of rep. or by the constitutional convention

    gives power to three branches

    amended 27 times

    Ohio Constitution:

    1st amendment deals with private property and right to freedom

    supreme court 7 judges 6 year term no limit but not over 70

    Process of amending by the people general assembly and the constitutional convention

    Gives power to the ohio secretary of state

    Amended more than 150 times
