The process of working together with a person or individual will definitely involves some contributions from both parties. I think it will involve

A. Focus ... both parties must be focused to achieve their goal.

B. Diligence ... They must be diligent in achieving it.

C. Continuity ... There must be a plan for continuity, it must not stop where they initially stopped.

D. They must have things that they what to do and jointly agree on it before they start.
