The "Oneness" of God refers to the Oneness Pentecostalism belief that instead of God being both God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, three persons of one being, it is instead believed that God is a singular and divine spirit who manifests himself in many ways (i. e the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit).
