Anna's teacher is baffled as to why she continually acts out during math class. When she acts out he is sent to the school psychologist who allows her to play with one of the "fidget toys" in her office. The acting out behavior is increasing. From a behavioral perspective what can be said about the role of the school psychologist in anna's behavior?

    I believe the answer is:. She is reinforcing Anna's acting out behavior

    Fidget toys often used by psychologists as a medium so the patient could release their anger and frustration to the objects (it has a similar function with 'stress ball'). Since the psychologists intentionally try to make the behaviour come out, it is considered to be a form of reinforcement.
