If you would like to offer a constructive suggestion for your own role in supporting a planned and or learned activity, you would essentially be trying to give something constructive back to your group in which you've worked.

An example would be, if you're in a newly formed group and you want for the group to work optimally. YOu would provide th egroup leader with info on how he could improve in the future.

In constructive criticism, we provide valid and well-reasoned opinions in order to improve the outcome of the event/activity, not tear one's spirit apart.

For example, lets say i'm a leader of a study group.

My own constructive criticism would be:

As a leader, i should have paid more attention to the member's progress in the study group. I could've done it by checking their understanding from the topics that have been discussed during the session.
