One ad would be a "Wanted: A commitment to constantly push yourself and those by your side." This an ad of the US Marines. This ad expresses the self-actualization need of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The plan of this ad is handing over that the U. S. Marines only desires people who are competent to live up to their highest potential and push other people to do the same. This ad fits the self-actualization ad because it is expressing people to be the best they can be and then they will feel self-fulfillment.
