    During menopause, ladies lose estrogen and this puts ladies at a more serious risk for the development of osteoporosis.

    Osteoporosis is a bone condition that happens when the body loses too much bone, makes too minimal bone, or both. Thus, bones wind up frail and may part from a fall or, in extreme cases, from sniffling or minor knocks.
