The correct answer is - A-Much of the grain is grown for international sale.

The grain farming is mostly orientated towards exporting the grains. The reason for this is that the grains are only economically justifiable when planted on very large areas. The reason for this is that lot of area is needed to get high quantity of the grains. Lot of countries do not have the natural conditions or large territories, while other countries do. The ones that do, are producing most of the grains in the world, some of which are left for the home market, but most of them go for export. A nice example of this is Russia as the biggest producer of wheat in the world, supplying numerous other countries around the globe with it, or Serbia whose northern part is almost exclusively planted with grains, so it is the biggest producer and supplier of grains in the Balkan region.
