    That person would be most likely be considered as a Republican.

    Republicans tend believe that the government should let the private sectors compete on their own and let them flourish if the government want to see an imporvement in economic growth because They argue that stronger private sectors will lead to more jobs being opened and more money will be circulated within the market.
