A rumor is going around about your neighbor stealing a car from a nearby parking lot. You know the neighbor, but have no details of the crime. You know where the neighbor went but keep quiet because you don't want to get involved. Is this enough for you to be charged as an accessory for the crime?

Answer:No, because you don't have any direct knowledge about the crime

    Explanation:

This is not enough to be charged as you do not have any direct knowledge about the crime. It would have been different if you already know that your neighbor is going to steal the car, then you will be charged as an accessory for the crime.

Without any direct connection, you are not liable to be charged.
