    One of the questions that could violate the law would be: When did you graduate from high school?

    This question indicates that Olivier wouldn't accept the application if that person is too young for his employee preference

    the law prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of Age, Olivier couldn't ask this question as long as there is proof that the applicator is over the age of 18.
