    As populations age, the burden of current fiscal policy is increasingly borne by Younger people in the population. Population age is defined as those aged 15 to 64. The basic indicator for employment is the proportion of the working age population aged 15-64. So increase in younger population makes employment difficult leads to the burden of current fiscal policy
