Plagirisim is "the use of someone else's information, whether quoted directly, summarized or paraphrased, without permission or citation so that the information appears to belong to the person reporting it rather than to the actual owner". The consequences in plagirisim can result in a lawsuit, and if your a student at any kind of school, many disciplaniary actions can be done, also plagirism can effect your backround, credit, and can overal do pretty good damage.
