    False

    Explanation:

This basically is the closing phase of the project, usally in this phase the deliverable meaing the product has already been delivered to the customer and the customer has accepted that the product or service has met expectations. By the time the project manager is delivering the final report the project is virtually closed, if the project manager is scheduling a meeting following the delivery of the final report, it has no impact.

When the final report is delivered all other project management documents are being submitted including lessons learned so there is no basis for a meeting.
