Have you ever had a moment where you were trapped in a situation and immediately filled with fear? Perhaps you stuck your head through a set of bars and couldn't get them out momentarily; orr you climbed into a tunnel, got stuck, and suddenly realized you couldn't go back either. If you have, can you recall how your body physically reacted? If you haven't, try to imagine that scenario. What would it be like? Write two paragraphs describing that kind of situation and feeling.

Whenever your body feels like it's in immediate danger you feel fear, you may start sweating, breathing heavily and freaking out this is because this is your body's reaction to keep you safe. You may feel anxious and sick in a situation where you feel trapped because your brain and body is telling you "NO" but the situation is still happening.
