What is the role played by education and health in the personal growth/devolepment of an individual?

Education and health are the two most important pillar of independent society. However, health and education facilities are made accessible by government in the form of fundamental rights to all citizens of country irrespective of caste, creed and gender. Education and health both are interrelated factors which are responsible for the growth of Individual because individual health and thoughts are the reflection of their personality which is achieved through education.
