It is believed that EQ is more important than IQ in order to survive and flourish in the game called life. A higher IQ can make you a good engineer but higher EQ will make you a leader of engineers. IQ is linked with the ability to manage thoughts, ideas, etc. whereas EQ is the ability to manage relationship with other people. This ability can make you get through under critical circumstances. Therefore, it can be said that EQ is more important than IQ.
