    There are ten right that we are guaranteed to, aka the Ten Ammendments, here they are listed:

    Freedom of Religion, Press, Speech, Assembly; and right of petition.

    The Right to Bear Arms

    Limit on quartering troops

    The protection against unreasonable search and seizure

    The right to a speedy trial

    The right to a trial by jury in civil cases

    No excessive bail or fine; along with no cruel or unusual punishment

    The people retain the rights

    And lastly, the Powers not delegated to the Us, to states, or people.
