    To vote in the United States, you must be an American citizen, have more than 18 years (or 16, varying from state to state), live in your State of residence for a long time (varying), be up to date with Not be in states that totally prohibit people with criminal past from voting). The required documents are usually a driver's license, ID card, social security numbers.
