Reviewers have a responsibility to promote ethical peer review by: Be professional and prompt.

In writing a review, it is their responsibility to be unbias and only judge the product/entity solely by its quality and ability to meet its purpose. Unfortunately, In real life, reviewers often could easily be swayed to give a good review because they're being paid by the owner of the product/entity.
