If a family is tense, it may cause stress, anxiety, and a feeling you are not safe. If your family is fighting, or even aggressive, you may feel in danger, or you might be hurt. This is the sense of un-security. If a family is relaxed, having fun, and not fighting, you will feel safe, and secure because there are no threats or possible harm against you. If you have a healthy relationship with your family, a sibling, a parent, or even a pet, you know they will protect you, and they will not hurt you, and vice versa.
