    That statement is false.

    The laws of search and seizure refers to the laws which allows the legal workers to confiscate relevant evidence for criminal acts.

    The fourth amendment of the constitution give the legal workers a limitation to conducted evidence search without a proper warrant (and the warrant is impossible to obtain without solid evidence)
