    Explanation:

    Original jurisdiction refers to the ability of a court to hear a case for the very first time and establish a fact for a case.

    When a court has an higher power to review a case on the lower court's decision. It has the exclusive right or power to hear all cases that deal with disagreement between states and the union government.

    Cases brought to the court by ordinary people regarding issues to the importance of society at large, can also be said to have an original jurisdiction.
