The answer is a. Government representation. Being represented in government means having an elected person that listens to the citizens' demands and acts in accordance to them.

Religious representation refers to the existence of a person or symbol that stands as evidence, authority or defense of a particular religious group.

Trustee representation refers to a situation where representatives are "entrusted." The constituents elect a representative knowing that he will listen to their concerns, but might occasionally go against those desires if he believes it is necessary or convenient for the common good. The model was proposed by political philosopher Edmund Burke.

Delegate representation is a system where representatives act in the name of constituents with NO regard as to their personal preferences. They have no independence to act separately from the desires of the constituents. It is often contrasted with the trustee model of representation.
