    The child's ability to stay focused, interested, and engaged: When a child finds it easy to grasp things without getting diverted towards the distractions presented in the path, it can be devised to become a good learner for the quality of focus that he possesses. The adult's ability to observe and recognize individual strengths, interests, and ideas: The concept of learning also includes learning about self. It is primarily important to learn what strengths do we possess in order to decide which field to choose to pursue a career in. The child's ability to establish patterns for learning that will promote a lifelong love of learning: For the operation of learning to be successful, it is necessary that the person bears an inclination towards learning for the entire life as learning is an eternal process.
