    Research on brain development suggests that repeated learning experiences seem to strengthen neural connections at the location that processes the experience

    This is the one that makes us able to master a skill. When we do something over and over, our brain will be developed in such a way that make it easier for us to do that activity, making us more efficient in doing it.
