What factor do Plessy v. Ferguson, Brown v. Board of Education, and Regents of California v. Bakke have in common?

    They are different types of cases in different period of times

    The only thing that all of that cases have in common is that they all can't be settled on the state court.

    All of the 3 cases have to went to Supreme Court for Ruling
